About the AI Phone Agent ‑ Shopdigits

Shopdigits provides your Shopify store with a dedicated business phone line — choose toll-free or local — that you can use for calling and texting through the mobile app. When you're unavailable, an AI receptionist answers calls 24/7. The AI agent knows your products and order details since it syncs with your store, giving customers real answers instead of sending them to voicemail. The AI phone agent can also call back abandoned checkouts to help recover lost sales. You control when these calls happen, and the system includes consent checks and quiet hours. All calls are automatically recorded, transcribed, and linked to the customer's Shopify profile so you have complete visibility. This gives your store professional phone support without hiring additional staff, helping you serve customers around the clock while potentially recovering revenue from cart abandonment.
