Shipdate automatically answers "where's my order?" emails before customers even ask. Every new order gets an estimated ship date sent to customers right away, reducing support inquiries about order status.
Set different lead times by product, tag, or option — perfect for stores with both in-stock and made-to-order items. Custom products can promise three weeks while ready-to-ship items promise two days. The app excludes weekend delivery dates automatically.
Send estimated ship dates in three ways: automatically on every new order via Shopify Flow, directly from any order page, or in bulk. Emails send from a verified domain, or configure your own domain with guided DNS setup.
