About the Pipedrive connector

Pipedrive Connector syncs your Shopify customer data directly with Pipedrive CRM, keeping contact records accurate and up to date automatically. The app eliminates manual exports and duplicate data entry by creating and updating Pipedrive contacts using customer information from your Shopify store. When customers are added or updated in Shopify, their details including name, email address, and phone number sync automatically to Pipedrive. You can also manually select and sync existing customers in batches whenever needed. Customer consent and order details sourced from Shopify are preserved during the sync process, helping merchants maintain complete CRM records without extra work.
