About the Opsflow — ClickUp Tasks

This app automatically turns Shopify store events into ClickUp tasks so teams can stop retyping order information and missing important updates. When new orders come in, refunds happen, stock runs low, or checkouts get abandoned, a task appears in ClickUp with all the details already filled in. Each task includes line items, customer information, order value, and lets you set priority, due dates, and assignees. The app updates tasks automatically when orders ship or payments come through, so you never get duplicates. You can filter which events create tasks based on payment status, order value, tags, or sales channel. Setup takes just minutes, and it works for teams that already run their operations in ClickUp but need their Shopify data to flow in without manual work.
