About the Opsflow — Task Automation
This app automatically turns Shopify store events into tasks in ClickUp or Notion. When you get a new order, refund, cancellation, low stock alert, or abandoned checkout, a task is created with all the details you need — line items, customer info, order value, priority, due date, and assignee.
Teams running their work in ClickUp or Notion can stop retyping what already happened in Shopify and avoid missing things when it gets busy. The app maps your store data onto tasks and updates them when orders ship or get paid, so you never get duplicates.
You can filter and route different order types separately — send POS orders to one destination, wholesale to another, or use tags to organize tasks however you want. The app can even build the Notion database for you automatically.
