About the HelpDock ‑ Helpdesk & FAQ

HelpDock adds a help widget to your store that lets customers solve common problems on their own. Customers can search your FAQ help center, look up orders by number and email to see status and tracking links, and handle issues before contacting support. Signed-in customers can cancel orders, change shipping addresses, request returns, or report damaged items within rules you set. Everything else becomes a support ticket with the order and topic already attached. You write every FAQ answer, so customers only see content you've approved. The ticket inbox includes assignees, priorities, internal notes, tags and CSV export. Analytics track your self-service rate, time saved, and searches that found no answer. Import FAQs from your theme or pages to get started quickly.
