About the FlowWitness
FlowWitness monitors your business-critical Shopify Flow workflows that start when orders are paid. Add the completion action to the end of your workflow, and FlowWitness will track whether paid orders reach the expected outcome before your deadline. If an order misses the completion step, you'll get one email alert with a direct link to the affected Shopify order. Review all checks in a single timeline showing waiting, completed, overdue, and late-completed orders. The app stores only order IDs and operational timestamps—no customer names, addresses, line items, or payment details are kept.
