About the FlowWitness

FlowWitness monitors your paid-order Shopify Flow automations to ensure they complete successfully. When a workflow doesn't reach its checkpoint before the deadline, you'll get one email alert with a direct link to the affected order in Shopify Admin. Add the FlowWitness action at the end of your workflow to track completion. The app starts an independent deadline for each paid order and opens an incident if the Flow checkpoint is missing. Your team receives an email notification with the order link for quick review. Track all events in one timeline view: pending, completed, overdue, and late-completed workflows. FlowWitness prioritizes privacy by storing only identifiers and timestamps—no customer names, addresses, line items, or payment details are saved.
