About the Workflow Transactional Email
Workflow Transactional Email adds Send Email and HTTP Request actions to Shopify Flow workflows. Send transactional emails in your customer's own language automatically—one layout holds translations for every language you sell, and Flow's Language field picks the matching version based on the customer's locale. AI-assisted translations are built in to help you get started quickly.
Send emails from your own Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or SMTP server using a visual block builder. Add branded headers, footers, dynamic Flow data, attachments, and stored secrets to your messages. The HTTP Request action lets you call any external API with custom headers, body content, and Liquid interpolation.
Get alerted immediately when a mailbox or SMTP sender stops working, so you can keep your transactional email flowing without interruption.
