About the FAQ Genie: Store FAQ Builder
FAQ Genie answers up to seven store questions on a single page, using only facts from your Shopify store. This FAQ builder focuses strictly on store-level questions like delivery time, shipping cost, cash on delivery, and warranty—not product or sizing questions.
You type in four answers yourself, while the app imports returns policy, payment methods, and shipping destinations directly from your store settings if clearly stated. No information is invented: if a fact is missing, that question gets no answer. Each answer displays the store fact it came from, keeping everything transparent.
One-click publishing creates a dedicated store FAQ page with FAQPage JSON-LD markup. The roll back feature restores your page exactly as it was. The app never accesses your orders or customer data. Available in English or Romanian, one language at a time.
