About the FAQ AI Assist

FAQ AI Assist helps you create and manage product, collection, and shared FAQs for your Shopify store in English or Japanese. Display searchable FAQs on your site using the Theme App Extension, making it easy for customers to find answers. On Starter and higher plans, search history and unresolved terms show you which questions are missing from your FAQ pages. The AI feature generates FAQ suggestions based on your product information, existing FAQs, and customer search terms. All AI suggestions require your review and approval before saving as draft FAQs—nothing gets auto-published. Control publication status for each FAQ and use the merchant admin in your preferred language. The Free plan provides basic FAQ management without search history retention.
