About the Upright Net Terms
Upright Net Terms fills the gaps in Shopify's payment terms tracking. While Shopify marks orders as overdue, it doesn't show total receivables per customer or send reminders beyond five attempts. This app adds a complete receivables layer: see all unpaid net-terms orders on one screen with outstanding and overdue balances for each customer. Reminders automatically resend Shopify's invoice email on your schedule until orders are paid—no five-reminder limit. Apply a single check or wire payment across multiple open invoices for one customer, with oldest invoices paid first. The app works through Shopify's native invoice system, so no customer contact details are ever stored separately.
