About the Zendat: Peppol E‑Invoicing
Zendat helps Belgian Shopify merchants comply with the 2026 Peppol e-invoicing requirement for B2B transactions. The app automatically converts paid business orders into compliant Peppol e-invoices and delivers them through certified access points.
Buyers can add their VAT number on the thank-you page or order status page, which Zendat validates against VIES. Each e-invoice is checked against Peppol rules before delivery. You can send invoices manually from a preview or set up automatic delivery for Belgian buyers. The app also generates credit notes automatically for refunds and provides delivery status tracking for all invoices and credit notes directly in your Shopify admin.
