Withly Inbox adds an AI chatbot to your Shopify store that answers customer questions using your products, collections, pages, and policies. The chat responds in the shopper's language and includes real-time prices and stock information. Shoppers can browse product cards with photos, select variants, and add items to cart directly in the chat. The AI syncs your store content automatically with daily refreshes, so there's no manual work needed. Questions the chatbot can't answer appear in a list where you can add them to your Knowledge base with one click. You can preview responses in Test chat before going live. Set business hours and enable a contact form so customers can email your team when the AI can't help or you're closed. The admin panel lets you reply to conversations manually, then hand them back to the AI. Analytics track conversations, top questions, and add to cart activity from chat to help you understand customer needs.
