Once approved, eligible customers receive a tagged account and see zero-rated prices on qualifying products. The VAT relief badge displays automatically for these customers, while standard VAT applies to everyone else. The app works seamlessly at checkout, allowing orders to mix VAT-free and standard-rated items without manual work. Non-eligible customers and products remain unaffected throughout the process. For compliance, the app exports a complete VAT relief order register for your HMRC records.
