Vantly Returns & Exchanges gives your customers a self-serve return portal right on your store. Customers can choose exchanges for different sizes or similar products, store credit, or refunds. The app handles everything automatically - it creates the Shopify return, generates return labels through your ShipStation or EasyPost account, restocks the correct SKU, and emails customers with updates.
Set your own return rules by product, tag, or condition. Control the return window, fees, reasons, and available options for each item. The branded return portal works on any device and encourages exchanges before refunds. You can also add package protection at checkout and keep 100% of the fee. Vantly integrates with Shopify or Katana for restocking and provides analytics on return reasons and outcomes.
