About the Valido

Valido adds a Cash on Delivery button to your product page, cart and cart drawer to confirm every COD order before it's created. Buyers fill in a delivery form with their phone number, city, zone and landmark, then verify their order with a one time code sent via WhatsApp or email. Only after confirmation does an unpaid order appear in your Shopify admin with zone fees and complete delivery details. The app includes a shared buyer reputation network across stores. Buyers flagged by two or more merchants are marked, while those reported by three or more are automatically blocked before receiving any verification code. You can set up delivery zones with custom fees and generate copyable delivery sheets for your couriers. This helps reduce fake orders and failed deliveries while protecting your store from repeat problem buyers.
