About the TrueTag: Serial QR & Warranty

TrueTag gives every product unit its own serial number and QR code for authenticity verification. Unlike standard Shopify SKU tracking, this app lets buyers confirm their item is genuine with a simple scan—no app or login required. Serials assign automatically as orders come in or at fulfillment, or you can create units in bulk yourself. Print QR labels by batch on plain paper or peel-and-stick sheets, included free on every plan. When scanned, the QR code proves authenticity and displays product details and warranty coverage without revealing buyer information. AI assistants can verify the same code too. The app flags counterfeit scans by detecting serials you never issued or codes scanned from multiple locations. Pro plan adds API access for custom software integration.
