About the Tollgate: B2B Order Approvals
Tollgate adds purchase approval workflows to your Shopify B2B store. When wholesale orders need sign-off, fulfillment is held until the customer's team approves it. Approvers review orders in their customer account or by email, then approve to release for shipping or reject to cancel and restock.
Set up role-based approvals with spending limits per buyer. Small orders auto-approve while larger purchases go through multi-step approval processes. Companies manage their own teams through a self-serve portal where they invite members and assign roles.
Rejected orders can be automatically cancelled, refunded and restocked. Track which B2B orders are waiting for approval across your wholesale customers. Add companies directly in Tollgate or let businesses apply through your store. Requires Shopify B2B and new customer accounts to keep wholesale purchasing organized across teams.
