About the toldby
toldby lets you ask customers questions right on the Thank you page after they complete their purchase. Create surveys using ready-made templates for attribution, NPS scores, or open-text feedback, or write your own custom questions with multiple choice, rating scales, or free-form responses.
Questions appear directly on your Thank you and Order status pages without changing anything else in your checkout flow. As customers submit their answers, responses arrive in real-time to a filterable feed in your admin where you can track response rates, see how people answered each option, and identify where drop-off happens.
Export all response data to CSV for further analysis. For open-text answers, toldby provides AI-generated summaries that include word-for-word quotes from actual customer feedback, making it easy to understand what buyers are saying without reading through every individual response.
