About the Tillwise

Tillwise shows you what actually happened at your cash drawer, not just what should be there. This app helps you track cash variance by shift, register, location, and staff member. Staff complete blind denomination counts at the till, keeping the expected total hidden until they submit their own count. This means counting never turns into confirming. Drops, payouts, paid-ins, and no-sale drawer opens are all logged behind an optional manager PIN for better security. The admin dashboard breaks down variance reporting across shifts, registers, locations, and staff. You can print shift reports directly at the till or export data to CSV. A daily summary email keeps you informed. Denomination count sheets replace single typed totals from cashiers, giving you accurate cash tracking. Note: Variance reporting features require Shopify POS Pro.
