About the The Usual: B2B Purchase Orders
This app automatically converts wholesale purchase orders into B2B draft orders in Shopify. Buyers email their POs as PDFs, Excel files, CSVs, photos, or directly in the email body. Simply forward them to your store's dedicated address. The Usual reads each purchase order, matches products by SKU, barcode, or name, finds the buyer's account, and creates draft orders at their negotiated prices. It learns each buyer's product codes over time. The app also handles recurring orders by placing each location's usual order weekly or monthly as drafts, on payment terms, or as invoices. Orders are automatically held when prices change, stock runs low, or invoices become overdue. Buyers can confirm, modify, add items, or skip orders directly from reminder emails without logging in. Anything the system can't verify is flagged with an explanation for manual review.
