About the Spare Hands Tax Invoice AU NZ

This app adds a tax invoice option to your order Print menu, making it easy to generate compliant GST invoices for Australian and New Zealand stores. Each invoice gets a gapless number on first print and follows ATO and IRD requirements—including your ABN or GST number, GST shown per line or as a total, and GST-free items clearly marked. Buyer details are added automatically for sales over the threshold. All invoices are stored exactly as issued so you can reprint them anytime, and you can reissue with a new number if orders change. The app also auto-emails invoice PDFs when orders are paid, creates numbered credit notes for refunds, and generates GST report CSVs for your BAS or GST return. You only pay for the invoices you actually generate, not for every order.
