About the Talos

Talos is an AI sales assistant that answers customer questions using your actual product catalogue and lets shoppers add items to cart directly in the chat. The assistant reads your products, prices, stock levels, and content to provide accurate responses in the shopper's own language, showing real product cards instead of generic text. Customers can add product variants to their cart and save discount codes without leaving the conversation. Every order the chat helps sell is tracked and attributed back to the assistant, so you can see exactly what revenue it generates. In the admin, you can generate product descriptions individually or in bulk for your entire selection. Talos runs on EU infrastructure and includes the AI disclosure required by the EU AI Act, ensuring compliance with European regulations.
