SyncGuard performs a daily check to catch QuickBooks sync failures before they become month-end problems. Your connector might report successful syncs while individual orders never actually reach QuickBooks Online. This app reads yesterday's Shopify orders and compares them order by order with your QuickBooks sales entries, then emails you the exact order numbers that are missing. The app is completely read-only and never writes to QuickBooks or changes anything in your store. It doesn't access customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. SyncGuard automatically skips cancelled orders, fully refunded orders, test orders and zero total orders. It works with connectors that post individual orders rather than payout summaries, giving you a clear list of missing order numbers instead of just total mismatches.
