About the FT Post Purchase Surveys

FT Post Purchase Surveys helps you collect customer feedback directly on your order confirmation page. The app asks buyers a simple rating question after checkout is complete, then invites them to share more details in their own words. Since the survey loads after the order is placed, it never interrupts the checkout process. Choose from emoji, stars, or number ratings and customize your question, labels, and thank you message to match your brand. Every survey response is automatically saved with its corresponding order, so you can see exactly who said what and what they purchased. The built-in dashboard tracks your CSAT score and shows how customer responses trend over time, giving you clear insights into satisfaction patterns week over week. All answers appear right next to the relevant order and customer information for easy reference.
