About the PayLock
PayLock gives you control over which payment methods show up at checkout based on specific products, collections, or product tags. You can hide certain payment options or display only the ones you want customers to see.
The app lets you set rules for popular methods like cash on delivery and bank deposit. You can register additional payment method names once and reuse them across multiple rules, saving you time when managing your checkout settings.
Create, edit, and delete rules directly from your Shopify admin. Target specific products, collections, or tags to customize the payment experience for different items in your store. Note that registering a payment method in PayLock doesn't activate the actual payment service—you'll need to set that up separately. Always test each rule in your store's checkout to make sure it works as expected.
