Customers can request returns or EU withdrawals directly on the order page. When a request comes in, eligible ones automatically route to Shopify Returns for your approval. Ineligible requests instantly show your published return policy—no made-up rules, just what you've already set. Your staff can draft policy-based replies right on the order page, complete with citations from your actual policies. The app scans for US/EU withdrawal wording gaps to help guide you, though this is guidance only and not legal advice. You can copy refund calculations into Shopify Admin for easy processing. Important: the app never creates refunds automatically. Free plan includes 30 customer request replies per month. Pro plan offers unlimited requests for growing stores handling higher return volumes.
