Shomi brings an AI shopping assistant to your Shopify store, helping customers find products and complete purchases through natural-language chat. Shoppers can search your product catalog by keyword, category, price, popularity, or recency, while getting personalized product recommendations and answers to their questions. The AI assistant guides product discovery, compares items, and manages the storefront cart by adding, updating, or removing products. Customers can then continue directly to Shopify's native checkout. Easy to set up through a Theme App Embed with no code editing required. The merchant interface is in English, and the assistant supports customer conversations in both English and Simplified Chinese.
