ShieldDesk combines all your customer messages from contact forms, support email, WhatsApp, and customer account pages into one unified inbox. The AI reads your order data, tracking information, and store policies to draft replies in your store's voice for every message.
"Where is my order?" questions get answered automatically using live tracking data, with a countdown window you can stop. The app filters out spam and lets you cancel orders, process refunds, or change shipping addresses directly from the inbox—but nothing happens until you approve it.
All replies go out as your store, and you get reports on what the AI handled. Flat pricing with no per-reply charges.
