ShelfCount handles full stock takes the way retail stores actually do them. Unlike quick spot checks, this app is built for complete inventory counts — whether you're counting your whole location, specific collections, hand-picked products, or items by vendor, type, or tag. Scan barcodes using any phone camera through a secure PIN link, no POS required. Or use Shopify POS with POS Pro. Multiple staff members can count simultaneously, with optional blind counts so they don't see expected quantities. The app takes a snapshot of every item and shows what wasn't counted. Review all variances between expected and counted stock before making any changes. Once you're satisfied, sync everything to Shopify in one tap, complete with a full audit trail and CSV export.
