About the SellCraft ‑ AI Sales Assistant

SellCraft adds an AI sales assistant to your Shopify store that helps shoppers find products using natural language. Customers can ask questions like "a red blouse for a dinner party" and the AI searches your catalog, shows matching product cards, and helps them choose size and color before adding items to cart. The assistant understands budgets, occasions, and styles while replying automatically in the shopper's language. It answers questions about shipping, returns, and payment using your actual store policies. You can teach it your FAQs, sizing advice, and current campaigns through store notes. Match it to your brand and track every conversation and add-to-cart in your dashboard. Works with your real products, prices, and stock levels.
