About the SampleKit
SampleKit lets you sell product samples, swatches, and testers directly from any product page. Add an "Order a sample" button that creates hidden sample products, so samples never reduce stock from your full-size items.
Turn on sampling for individual products, entire collections, tagged items, or your whole catalogue. Set a standard sample price or customize pricing per product. Samples work seamlessly with your regular cart and checkout process.
Control sample distribution with limits per line item, per order, and per customer—all enforced at checkout. Offer free samples when customers reach a spending threshold, complete with a progress bar. Track every sample order with tags and listings in the app, plus use Shopify Flow triggers for automated follow-ups. A searchable sample box appears in the cart for easy access.
