About the RuleReturns

RuleReturns helps you manage product returns by setting custom return rules for each item in your store. Define the return window and choose how returns are resolved—whether through refunds, exchanges, or store credit. When customers request a return through the simple portal using just their order number and email, the app automatically checks if the request meets your product's return rule. Qualifying returns are approved and processed in Shopify without manual work. Items outside their return window are automatically marked ineligible. You can even create exchange-only rules to prevent accidental refunds. Note that this app doesn't generate return shipping labels.
