About the RNS Order Email Templates
RNS Order Email Templates helps staff send customer emails directly from the order page without writing the same messages over and over. Perfect for common situations like item delays, out of stock notices, payment problems, or address confirmations.
The app puts your canned responses right on the order page under More actions. Pick a template, and it automatically fills in the customer's name, order number, and items. Emails send from your shop's name, and every message sent appears on the order with details about who sent it and when.
You get four ready-to-use email templates to start, plus you can add your own custom templates and arrange the menu order. The app logs all sent emails for easy tracking, with a resend option when needed. Pro users can create one template in every language they sell in for multilingual stores.
