About the ReturnSense (retired)
ReturnSense helps merchants understand why returns happen and recover lost revenue from refunds. The app imports order and refund data to show return rates, amounts, and trends by product, variant, and reason code. You can review return requests and approve, reject, or propose alternatives to save sales. Configure return policies with auto-approval rules and exchange handling. Weekly email digests alert you to refund spikes and anomalies. The analytics dashboard displays gross sales, net sales, and return rates with product drilldowns to identify top-returned items. Compare your store's performance against anonymous industry benchmarks by order volume band.
