Returnio provides a self-serve returns portal where customers can start returns and exchanges using just their order number and shipping zip code—no account or login required. Merchants can set up unlimited return zones for different country groups, each with custom return windows, return addresses, and allowed outcomes including refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
The app includes automation rules to flag repeat returns for manual review, waive fees on damaged items, or reject returns that fall outside your return policy. Every return is tracked directly in your Shopify admin with complete history, giving you full visibility and control over the returns process.
