About the Returnhub
Returnhub creates a branded return portal where customers can request returns without logging in or sending emails. Shoppers simply look up their order, select items to return, choose a reason, and submit their request.
All return requests appear in a single dashboard inside your Shopify admin. You can approve or reject each request with one click. Approved refunds process automatically through Shopify, eliminating manual reconciliation.
The app includes your logo, images, and custom messaging on the return portal. You can offer store credit at a higher value than refunds to retain revenue. EU withdrawal functionality provides compliant wording, two-step confirmation, and automatic email receipts. Unfulfilled orders cancel and refund automatically when customers withdraw. Gift cards and refunds are issued directly through your admin.
