About the Reroute Suggested Products

Reroute helps you turn out of stock products into sales by showing relevant alternatives directly on product pages. When customers find unavailable or discontinued items, they see suggested products instead of hitting a dead end. The app offers six block types to handle different scenarios: out of stock items, newer models, own brand alternatives, similar products, discontinued stock, and open-box or graded stock. You can map product alternatives manually or use automatic suggestions through Shopify's Recommendations API. Display options include inline or popup formats with list, grid, and carousel layouts. Setup is straightforward through the Theme Editor with no coding required. The app works alongside back in stock notifiers for customers willing to wait, while converting those who aren't. Supports 37 languages with customizable translations to match your store's needs.
