RepairTracker helps you manage repair tickets for bikes, watches, sewing machines, and other items right in your Shopify admin. Stop using paper and spreadsheets to track repairs. Check items in at the POS counter, collect deposits, and bill the balance later. Customers can approve estimates online, check repair status on your store, and receive email updates when their items are ready. Technicians sign in with a PIN without needing extra paid staff accounts. Log parts, labor, and photos for each job, then create invoices through Shopify. Bill completed repairs as draft orders or ring them up at the register, selling parts directly from your catalog.
