RepairRight turns your Shopify store into a complete repair counter solution. Take in repairs at POS or through admin, print claim checks, and track every ticket through the full repair lifecycle—from received to diagnosed, awaiting parts, in progress, ready, and picked up. The ticket board keeps all repairs organized with a needs-attention queue so nothing falls through the cracks. Parts are drawn directly from your Shopify inventory and automatically restocked if a repair is cancelled, so you never count inventory twice. Collect deposits and final balances through Shopify checkout—everything posts back automatically. Customers can follow their repair status on a private page and receive email updates at every stage. The POS tile and modal make taking in repairs at the counter quick and simple, giving you full repair tracking without leaving Shopify.
