It reads every inbound ticket, matches it to the actual order, and proposes a resolution grounded in order history, tracking info, and refund records. The app classifies each ticket by intent, sentiment, and urgency, then generates brand-voice responses while enforcing your policies. Risky refunds get escalated to your team instead of processing automatically. Run it in shadow mode to review everything first, use assisted mode for one-click approvals, or go autonomous to let it resolve within-policy tickets on its own. Built-in guardrails keep refund decisions safe and compliant.
