About the Rechnungskit

Rechnungskit creates automatic e-invoices in ZUGFeRD format (EN 16931) for every paid order in your Shopify store. All invoices are archived in compliance with GoBD requirements for 8 years and can be exported anytime. The app handles cancellations and refunds automatically by generating the correct adjustment documents. Sales tax is calculated correctly for every scenario, including OSS, reverse charge, exports, and vouchers. Your tax consultant receives a DATEV-ready export with proper account assignments. Payment provider fees and payouts from Stripe, PayPal, Unzer, and Klarna are also processed for DATEV. Once connected, everything runs in the background without manual work.
