Rechna generates compliant e-invoices for German-market Shopify stores, meeting Germany's B2B e-invoicing mandate that takes effect in 2027-2028. The app automatically creates ZUGFeRD 2.x and XRechnung 3.x formats from paid orders—the only formats that satisfy EN 16931 requirements. Each invoice is validated using KoSIT and veraPDF standards, ensuring audit-ready documentation.
The app maintains GoBD compliance through gapless numbering, proper Storno and Gutschrift handling, and immutable 8-year archiving. It works automatically when orders are paid and supports B2B transactions, reverse charge scenarios, §19 small business rules, and Swiss QR-bill generation. If order data is incomplete, Rechna flags the issue and shows exactly what needs correction before generating the e-invoice.
