Customers start their return request from your branded portal using just their order number and phone or email—no login needed. They select items, choose a reason, and pick whether they want a refund, exchange, or different size.
Your team approves each request from one dashboard, then books Bosta courier pickups to collect the package. Refund buttons stay locked until you've received and checked the returned box, protecting you from premature payouts. Every step gets recorded on both the request and the Shopify order.
Set up return windows, mark final sale items, apply discount code rules, and configure per-governorate fees. Track each shipment's status and handle restocking plus store credit right from the dashboard. All requests appear directly on Shopify orders for complete visibility.
