About the Proxy Checkout
Proxy Checkout lets shoppers send their cart to someone else to pay - a parent, partner, or friend - without leaving your store. Shoppers pick products and quantities, then the payer receives a secure link to review the order and complete payment through your native checkout. Final inventory, discounts, shipping, tax, and currency are all confirmed at checkout. The payer reviews the request before continuing, ensuring full transparency. Orders, refunds, and fulfillment remain in your Shopify admin exactly where they are today.
