About the Smart EU Warranty & GARAN
Smart EU Warranty & GARAN helps you comply with Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 by displaying the mandatory EU legal guarantee notice on your store. Starting September 27, 2026, all sellers must show this harmonized warranty label to customers.
The app automatically adds the EU warranty label to product pages, cart, and order emails, translated into all 24 official EU languages. Products with a qualifying producer durability guarantee display the official GARAN label. Digital goods, gift cards, and B2B tagged products are excluded automatically.
Manage GARAN eligibility in bulk by collection, vendor, or tag using CSV import. The guided setup requires no theme code modifications. Smart EU Warranty & GARAN is a display tool designed for compliance, not a substitute for legal advice.
