About the Post Purchase Surveys
This app lets you add post-purchase surveys to your Thank you and Order status pages using Shopify's checkout editor. Customers answer one question at a time after they complete their order. You can run multiple surveys and display specific ones based on product, collection, or order amount.
Track revenue, average order value, and response rates for each answer. The insights feature connects every response to its order, so you can see which acquisition channels drive the most sales. Send automated reminders to customers who haven't responded through Klaviyo or Shopify Flow.
Ask AI questions about your survey data to get quick insights. Export results as CSV, use the REST API, or add order tags automatically. The app prioritizes privacy by not storing customer names, emails, or phone numbers from Shopify, and it removes this information from written survey responses.
