About the PO Engine

PO Engine automatically converts customer purchase orders into Shopify draft orders without any setup or training required. Simply drop in a PDF, Excel, or CSV purchase order and get back a priced draft order matched to your products and B2B price lists. The app reads purchase orders in any format, matches each line to your catalogue, and asks for clarification only when needed. It learns how each customer words their orders, so repeat purchases process smoothly without questions. All pricing comes from your own Shopify catalogue and B2B price lists, never from the buyer's document. PO Engine creates draft orders and stops there. It never completes orders, processes payments, or sends anything to your buyers. No templates for customers to follow, no implementation calls, and nothing new for your team or buyers to learn.
