About the PDFDoctor: PDF Invoices & VAT

PDFDoctor generates professional PDF invoices, packing slips, receipts, and credit notes directly in your Shopify admin—no spreadsheets or external tools needed. Every order gets branded billing documents automatically. Invoices are sent when orders are paid, and packing slips go out when orders are fulfilled. You can bulk-generate documents, download them as ZIP files, or let customers download their own invoices from the order status page. The app is fully EU-compliant and supports ZUGFeRD and Factur-X formats with embedded XML for German and French invoicing requirements. Choose from 15 templates and customize them with the visual editor to match your brand identity. Payment reminders and batch operations make invoice management simple and automated end-to-end.
