About the PayProova – Pay & Upload

PayProova helps you collect receipt images and show clear payment instructions for manual payment methods right after checkout. Customers can upload their payment receipts on the Thank you and Order status pages, while you review, approve, or reject them directly from Shopify Admin. The app matches instructions to each manual payment method you offer, keeps receipt images private, and supports both English and Traditional Chinese storefronts. You can configure upload settings and retention periods to fit your workflow. Remember, you're still responsible for verifying payments and fulfilling orders.
