About the PaidUp: Wholesale Net Terms
PaidUp stops wholesale customers with overdue invoices from checking out until they settle their accounts. Set net terms and credit limits for each wholesale account, and the app automatically enforces them across your storefront, B2B checkout, draft orders, and accelerated checkouts.
When a stockist goes past your grace period, checkout blocks them until invoices are paid—then unblocks immediately once settled. Credit limits work the same way: any cart that would push an account over its limit gets stopped before you ship.
The app includes an invoice ledger with aging buckets, automatic reminder emails before and after due dates, and CSV export for your bookkeeper. It's the missing piece Shopify's net terms needed to actually protect your wholesale business.
